The bowl is made from seven metals that represent the seven planets in our solar system. At Tara Harmony, we use a set of seven full moon singing bowls in most of our sound healing sessions. Every bowl of the set is tested for the best quality to make sure they together synchronize and create the right harmonic and resonant frequencies for healing process. The sound and vibration that resonate between the bowls help clients reach deeper states of relaxation, meditative consciousness, and self-realization. When you use a New Moon Bowl for clearing body energy, your energy field will become purified and cleansed. Alternatively, some people prefer to use New Moon Bowls for simple home session in lieu of Full Moon Bowls.
